Full-time is preferred at 40 hours per week. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours of availability will also be considered.The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.Caseload / Patient Population:The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. The goal for full-time PTs is to treat 55 patients per week.Compensation and Benefits:A Physical Therapist hired for a full-time position will see starting pay in the ballpark of $83,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience. A bonus program is available based on productivity.Physical Therapy Professionals offers benefits including competitive salary, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, 5 paid holidays, and 401K with match and a ROTH IRA option. This position also includes a bonus program for the opportunity to earn additional income.Work Schedule:The clinic is open Monday-Friday. Saturday hours are available if preferred by the clinician hired, but are not required.The preferred schedule is Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, but flexibility is available based on the needs of the candidate hired. Working four ten hour days is a possibility.No weekends required.
