Job Description:

Harborview Health Center Melbourne is seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist.

We provide Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services, to adults ages 18-100+ years of age. We are looking for a caring and professional PT to join team asap.

Candidates MUST hold a current license.

Your hours can be flexible! We will work with your preferences.

Duties:

- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' physical well-being
- Utilize trigger point therapy techniques to address specific patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Provide acute care interventions for individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- FL State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Excellent patient care and communication skills

Pay: From $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
