Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Health Coach to provide lifestyle and condition management coaching for employees and families at their health and wellness center in Brevard County, FL.

This is a 40 hour per week position with full benefits. No on-call or weekends. Our service model evolved and developed out of the accomplishments of our original health coaches. The coaching relationship that has driven positive results for our patients and customers through health coaching continues today. The RN Health Coach is instrumental in bringing these critical skills to our health centers.

Common health coaching outcome examples are improved diet, established exercise routines that lead to improved overall wellness and disease reduction, reduced levels of stress, and improved management of chronic conditions.

Qualifications

* Must be licensed as a registered nurse with a minimum of three years professional, clinical experience.
* Knowledge and experience in health risk assessments, lifestyle risk reduction, disease management and health promotion required.
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Marathon Health COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination Policy

* Marathon Health requires all employees (excluding PRN employees) to undergo weekly COVID-19 tests for each week during which they are scheduled to work, in lieu of proof of vaccination. As of March 1, 2022, this process has been paused due to lowered community transmission, however this may be restarted in the future. COVID-19 vaccinated employees will not require weekly testing as long as they submit their vaccination records.
* Some of our clients have recently mandated COVID-19 vaccinations for their employees. All employees of ours at onsite clinics of these clients will require mandatory vaccinations. New clients continue to be added to this list daily and we cannot guarantee that new employees of Marathon Health at onsite locations will not eventually be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
* Per state laws in California, New York, Washington and Oregon, all employees working in our health centers in those states must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
