Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager RN to
join our team You will be responsible for the assessment,
diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Responsibilities:
Management of daily operations in a nursing unit Collaborate with
manager and directors on process improvement Provide coaching and
feedback to frontline team members Communicate with collaborating
physicians or specialists Educate and support nursing team
Facilitate collaboration to all healthcare professionals Assist and
support team member engagement and shared governance Provide advice
and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical
fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to
build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical
thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
