This position reports into the Talent & Inclusion Organization and contributes to the team through the coordination of initiatives led by the corporate Talent Management, Engagement and Inclusion, University Relations, and Talent Acquisition teams. In this role, the Talent & Inclusion Sr. Associate will also prepare and analyze the results of pilot projects and programs, identify trends and make recommendations through effective analytical presentation. They will stay abreast of developments in industry technical best practices, analytical methods and tools. They will also serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams.This position is a great match for someone with a strong detail orientation and organizational skills. It offers the opportunity for great exposure at the highest levels within the organization for someone who is driven!FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The Talent & Inclusion Sr. Associate will assist with organizing the following:* Talent Management Functional Initiatives* Annual Talent Review/executive succession planning process* University-led L3Harris Executive Leadership Development Program* Emerging Leader Mentoring Program* Engagement and Inclusion initiatives* Inclusion Conferences such as the women's conference* Inclusion networking events* Employer of choice celebrations* ERG recognition event* Employee engagement activities and events standard work development and deployment* University Relations Initiatives* University events with the CEO* Intern events and assisting with summer intern planning/scheduling/facilitation* University campus engagement activities - fall/spring recruiting support/backup for team where there are scheduling overlaps or more bandwidth/* Company diversity conference support, planning, attendance* Executive Champion lunches with new college graduates and interns* Standard work documentation and/or process mapping for all events listed* Talent Acquisition* Talent Acquisition Summits and large project meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:* Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:* Master's Degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or related field with 0-2 years of prior related experience* Ability to organize and execute plans methodically and work collaboratively and cooperatively across functions and business segments* Strong MS Office skills, particularly with respect to Excel and PowerPoint* Extreme attention to detail
