South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (SFO) is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our practice with vision, precision, and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional patient care, fostering a culture of excellence across all facets of our orthopedic practice.Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and innovation across all aspects of the practice.
• Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to implement key initiatives and drive operational success.
• Process Optimization: Enhance performance across ancillary services (MRI, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Walk-In Clinics, satellite offices) and core departments (Clinical Management, Finance, IT, HR, Revenue Cycle Management).
• Team Leadership: Lead and empower teams to consistently deliver excellence in patient care and operational execution.
  Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accountability.
