Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Development Director to
lead its Information Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing, development, and performance management of the
Application Development team
Lead the development and deployment of new applications and system
enhancements
Oversee collaboration between analysts, developers, and quality
assurance for software testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 15 years
in IT with 10 years in management)
Preferred experience in property/casualty insurance and AINS
certification
Advanced understanding of project management and software
development methodologies
Knowledge of mainframe, client-server, and internet development
platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
