you to join our team as a Manager of Project Management 3 based out
of the Melbourne, FL location.As a key leader, the Manager of
Program Operations will provide leadership in a high performing
team and will be responsible for executing, monitoring and
reporting on the progress of program performance. The qualified
candidate will have demonstrated success leading a team within cost
and schedule requirements of the program. The position requires a
solution-based philosophy and the demonstrated ability to develop
practical execution plans in a dynamic and complex environment.
Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of solving
complex problems through systematic and objective evaluation of
information resulting in effective communication, collaboration,
and implementation of a strong operational program foundation with
a diverse set of internal and external customers and suppliers.
Strong leadership characteristics are essential as this role drives
strategies to meet or exceed cost, schedule and performance
objectives. This position requires a candidate with strong
organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to lead
in an environment of continuous change. This position requires the
ability to report at the Director level including status for
Program Integration planning and execution tasks, inputs into
recurring Business Unit reporting, and oversight of EVMS for
Program Integration. Collaboration with program and functional
leaders to develop and nurture a highly competent and engaged team
that delivers on commitments and embodies "best culture" is
essential.A successful candidate in this role will be

driving accountability for performanceEnsure consistency and
clarity in program processes and procedures.Integrate metrics,
develop and refine dashboardsMeasure and report program
performanceDeliver presentations to customers, executive leadership
and other program stakeholdersIdentify, allocate and manage program
resources, including workforce planningEnsure adherence to master
plans and schedulesConduct thorough risk & opportunity management
practices including identification, mitigation and realizationBasic
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years, or Master's and 7+
years experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers
and/or project management in other industries3+ years of experience
in a Program Management or Program Integration roleActive, current
DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance required to startAbility to
obtain and retain Program Access (enhanced security
screening)Demonstrated experience in applying he following
principles:Business Acumen: The ability to apply knowledge,
insights and understanding of business and financial concepts,
tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions,
and performanceIssue & Problem Resolution: The ability to identify
and address program impacts through a systematic, proactive,
approach to issue and problem resolution that identifies,
communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts across all
levels of the program.Planning, Scheduling & Earned Value: The
ability to initiate, develop, integrate, execute, direct and
control program plans and cost and schedule baselines that meet
both program contractual requirements and stakeholder
expectations.Preferred Qualifications:DoD Top Secret
ClearanceCapture ExperienceSalary Range: $122,000 USD $183,000
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
