SeaDek is seeking an IT Manager to join their growing team! Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the IT Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the operations of the IT Department while ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support throughout the Divisions.

SeaDek is a high-performance Marine foam product utilized not only by the top boat builders in the marine industry but also in the aftermarket by boat owners seeking custom products. Made from closed cell PE/EVA foam, SeaDek products offer safe and comfortable alternatives to marine traction products currently on the market. Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, guide and train IT staff of professionals to ensure proper coverage for the Business needs
* Responsible to hire and manage 10 team members and MSP provider(s), IT Vendors and Consultants as needed
* Collaborate with Corporate IT Department on Security, Disaster Recovery, Domain and other projects as necessary
* Anticipate, assess, approve and oversee Departmental project and project portfolio
* Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support all Department systems, including servers, database, storage solution, network devices, cloud strategy, Operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals
* Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, polices and priorities for the assigned; recommend and administer policies and procedures
* Drive innovation, resolve technical challenges and provide career development coaching for team members
* Evaluate and enhance system monitoring across the environment
* Ensure quick resolution to technical issues related to software, hardware and network infrastructure within an agreed upon SLA
* Define needs, benefits and technical strategies which would benefit the company
* Establish a relationship with recommended vendors to make sure best practice is being accomplished and IT hardware and software procurement needs are met
* Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for Information Technology staff; assign work activities, projects and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve critical business issues
* Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure
* Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
* Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
* Facilitates IT security audits or investigations
* Coordinates multisite IT systems and supports enterprise resource planning systems (ERP)

* SAP Business One, QuickBooks, SalesForce, Smart Sheets, Avalara, SigmaNest CAD, Rhino CAD, SharePix, PhotoModeler, Chargent, Appointive, GEOPoint, GoogleMaps, Boyum IT iPayment, DocuSign, LucidChart, Xmind, SurveyMonkey, NCPlot, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PDF , MSFT Office Suite w/ Teams, MSFT Azure, MSFT Power Apps/Automate/SharePoint, Avaya Manager, Avaya Pro Client, Active Directory, Coreo, MSFT SQL , WatchGuard , UniFi, Atrium, Cloudberry Backup, Shadow CMS, Breadwinner, Tableau, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, DropBox, RingCentral, WooCommerce, Worldship, Fedex, Shippo, CrowdStrike, Mimecast and others.


* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field mandatory
* Candidates must have experience with SAP Business One
* Working knowledge of PowerBI is mandatory
* 5+ years leading increasingly complex projects, programs and IT portfolios
* Demonstrate high performance leadership standards and builds/develops high-performance teams 5+ years leading direct and indirect teams
* Demonstrated change management experience - ability to influence others to modify behaviors and provide support
* Proven ability to drive delivery, mitigate risk, resolve issues, and empower teams
* Facilitation and conflict resolution skills
* Previous experience working at a large, publicly traded company is highly desired
* Experience in manufacturing or distribution, highly desired
* Strong Technical background required to drive the technology direction and decisions for the Company
* Experience with SAP B1, SalesForce, Ecommerce, SigmaNest and ERP Integrations not required, although highly desired
