Principal Project Manager - IDE Lead to join our team. This
position will be located onsite in Melbourne, Florida.

This role of the program integrator is to manage the operational
aspects of ongoing Program SharePoint development projects and will
serve as the liaison between the Program and the IT department
(Enterprise Services). This individual contributor will work side
by side with an IT counterpart to ensure the SharePoint projects
are on time and meet the needs of the program
Essential Functions:
Act as the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) lead
This role of the program integrator is to manage the operational
aspects of ongoing Program SharePoint development projects and will
serve as the liaison between the Program and the IT department
(Enterprise Services)
This individual contributor will work side by side with an IT
counterpart to ensure the SharePoint projects are on time and meet
the needs of the program
Assist IPTs in developing Business Applications and Project
Visibility components such as user interfaces, automated workflows,
data repositories, charts and dashboards
Provide guidance and oversight of Program data migration
efforts
Provide IPT interface when working with SharePoint system
administrators to meet the needs of the Program
Work with internal customers to understand the business goals,
objectives, rules and additional requirements
Perform all phases of the development life-cycle from initial
requirements gathering, architecture design, development, testing
and training, turning complex processes into user-friendly
tools
Work with teammates on best practices and possible re-use of
existing applications
This individual contributor should be able to work independently
with little oversight and be able to receive requirements at a high
level and derive lower-level requirements as required. Candidate
should possess leadership skills and should thrive in a fast-paced
work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse
assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience OR Master's Degree
with 8 years of experience in Project Management or Program
Integration.
An additional 4 years of project management experience may be
considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the
ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially
PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing
them professionally. (managing projects, scheduling, budget)
Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance (last investigation
completed within last 6 years).
Ability to obtain Special Program Access
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IT infrastructure (both hardware and software)
Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Jira
Experience with Designing, developing, and managing site content
and capabilities
Experience with agile methodologies in software development or
product owner responsibilities

Salary Range: $89,800 USD - $134,600 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
