Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. We are looking for an experienced Project Managers to join our team as we work on a large priority capture for NGAS. The Baseline Team is responsible for ensuring that the Capture team has all of the documents that they need, to the quality that they need, and by the time they need them to win this capture effort. This position will be coordinating across multiple IPTs and other project managers to ensure that programmatic documents and artifacts needed by the capture team are completed on time. These documents include, but are not limited to and IMS, IMP, PMP, WBS Dictionary, and Risk Matrix. This leader will need to work with the team leadership to establish the roadmap for the completion of the products, will need to generate and maintain programmatic products, will need to communicate status to leadership and stakeholders, will need to develops mechanisms for monitoring their project progress and for intervention and problem solving with other project managers, IPT leads, and leadership. Basic Qualifications: o Active secret clearance or higher and ability to attain SAP clearances o Minimum of 3 years of experience as a program/project manager, as a Control Account Manager (CAM) of a large team with Earned Value responsibility, or an ability to show a strong working knowledge of the program documentation and processes like an IMS, IMP, WBS, Risk matrix, etc. o An ability to write programmatic documents including, but not limited to, Program Definition Documents (PDD), Program Master Plans (PMP), Program Agile Plans, Statements of Work, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary, Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) o A working knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) as a PM, IPT Lead, Product Owner, or CAM o Experience with program risk management o Ability to coordinate and work with multidiscipline teams o Bachelor degree in a STEM or business related field Preferred experience: o Experience as a Program Manager o Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification o Program Management experience writing and maintaining program documents including, but not limited to, Program Definition Documents (PDD), Program Master Plans (PMP), Program Agile Plans, Statements of Work, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary, Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) o PM experience on a program(s) that required Earned Value (EV), an IMS, and Risk Management o Experience with iPMDAR o Experience developing a MIL-STD-881 compliant WBS and WBS Dictionary o A STEM degree and working experience in a STEM position o Masters of Business Administration (MBA) o CAMEO experience o Large capture experience Salary range: $102,500 - $153,700 Salary Range: $102,300 USD - $153,700 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
