This position will be located onsite in Palmdale, CA or Melbourne, CA.This individual contributor will work with the Program Office on all program reporting and executive level presentations. The candidate will be required to improve their knowledge of industry practices and standards and demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day executionAssess project issues, and support development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectivesDevelopment, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progressPreparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetingsEnterprise Risk and Opportunity managementBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 3 years of Project Management experience; 1 year with a Master's Degree or 7 years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree requirement.Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelActive secret or top secret clearance last investigation completed within last 5 yearsAbility to attain and maintain program access (PAR)Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of experience in general business environment with preference in project management, program integrationMaster's Degree from an accredited universityIntermediate to advance skills with Microsoft Office tool suiteKnowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionallyFamiliarity with the Integrated Management FrameworkProven success managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with interfacing with all levels of employees and LeadershipSharePoint experienceThe selected candidate shall adhere to NG processes. This individual should have demonstrated Project Management experience and strong interpersonal skills, be organized, flexible, and be a team player. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
