Come, join us and experience your future!This role will offer you the following daily challenges:This Project Manager (PM) role will lead Lockheed Martin Space Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Information Systems (IS) Infrastructure planning, projects, and reporting in support of FBM Model Based Engineering (MBE) related and Life Extension 2 (LE2) related customer/stakeholder support activities. Position will report to FBM Information Systems (IS) Infrastructure Sr. Manager. Responsibilities will include: Integrate and work closely with the managers and technical leads within the FBM IS organization to partner, update, and manage projects and reporting of status to MBE and LE2 stakeholder organizations Provide support to and use the FBM IS Operating Excellence Board, Customer / FBM Continuous Improvement (CI) integrated plans, reinvestment projects and achieved CI target savings each year Demonstrate strong Project Management skills, strong IT knowledge and is skilled in managing Military customers Provide expertise in IT Infrastructure, SWSNet Cybersecurity, Cyber DFAR, Risk Management Framework, and DIACAP Develop and maintain relationships with Lockheed Martin, business units, external customers, and vendors to identify potential opportunities (projects and programs) to improve business operations and deliver business outcomes Ability to obtain TOP SECRET Clearance required for this role. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship required.Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early milestones may drive future costs Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope Risk and Opportunity Management experience Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and administrative tools Ability to secure a security clearance at the Top Secret levelDesired Skills: Active Top Secret clearance Program Management Professional (PMP), previous project lead experience Desire to enhance Program Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships Familiarity with FBM (Fleet Ballistic Missile), or other Missile/Weapon System programs Leadership and executive-level communication Ability to manage and direct activities of others in a multi-project environment Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and administrative tools Extensive knowledge of business principles Extensive knowledge of IT organizational practices Ability to build, maintain and extend relationships across the organization Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills Extensive knowledge of business principles Extensive knowledge of IT organizational practices Ability to build, maintain and extend relationships across the organization Ability to perform business and process analysis Lead discussions and determine resolutions to problems Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers Experience in the usage of Atlassian platform tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Experience in the usage of Project management and Business Process tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience in the usage of Collaboration tools (e.g. MS Skype, etc.) Support of internal and external customer audits Understanding of the FBM program, Corporate and Enterprise IT policies and initiatives Experience supporting remote sites Experience supporting Nuclear Weapons & Related Material, SWSNet, LiveLink/SharePoint & Flight Telemetry Excellent communicator both written and orally Demonstrated business acumenBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
