You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product
and service information and resolving technical issues. Prior
positions that do well are: College Student, Bank Tellers, Retail,
Customer Service, Inside Sales. (NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NECESSARY)
The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated work ethic and
looking to gain experience in customer service, marketing, and
account management. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and
part requests. Manage a team of customer service and sales
employees. Hire, train, and develop new staff members. Provide
information about the products and services Troubleshoot and
resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer
records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base
of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Previous
experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and
multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Military Fasteners is a global company

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, and weekends off. We have a
