DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER
SITE OF SERVICE: Corporate Office, Rockledge, FL.
Luke and Associates is searching for a program manager who
possesses experience with government contracts. We are seeking an
individual who is passionate about supporting our armed forces and
their healthcare. Luke provides contracted healthcare workers
(physicians, nurses, dentists and ancillary HCWs), to U.S. Military
Treatment Facilities for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and U.S.

Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
PMP Certification Required
Minimum 2 years' experience with government contracts and
Familiarity with contract terms such as but not limited to; Task
Order, TOPR (Task Order Proposal Request), PWS (Performance Work
Statement), CDR (Contract Discrepancy Report)
Healthcare staffing/recruiting experience a plus
Requires exceptional critical thinking skills, sound judgment and
strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in an articulate and sensitive manner both
orally and in writing with military base leadership, contracting
officers and various DoD representatives
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members
to take care of the customer
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, internet search tools, and
This position supports the Program Manager in ensuring we are
meeting operational and strategic goals as well as maintaining and
improving our past performance
The Deputy PM is responsible for contract oversight for all MTFs
(Military Treatment Facilities), to which they are assigned as well
as any specific contracts to which they may be assigned
Function as primary point of contact interfacing with government
Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) and any DoD / government
officials as needed
Respond timely and take ownership to resolve and address all issues
for the customer
Ensure that contract deliverables are being met in a proactive
Interface with other departments as needed to gather data and
Track and report metrics of contract deliverables to senior
Provide the government with weekly vacancy reports
Respond to all government inquiries including CDRs, Letters of
Concern and Cure Notices
Execute outreach to contracting officers and field employees to
ensure mission is being met
Serve as the liaison between the base, the field employee and HR
when employee issues arise
Implement and participate in recognition awards for field employees
who go above and beyond
Perform all other duties as assigned to assist in the success of
The normal hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Infrequent travel may be required.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be
able and willing to prioritize on short notice and work on multiple
