a team, inspire growth, and shape the future of our Orlando office.
- Spearhead roadway design projects for FDOT and municipal clients
from inception to completion. - Be the face of our firm in key
client meetings and public forums, driving business growth
initiatives. - Forge strong client relationships while directing
multidisciplinary teams to success. - Mentor and nurture a team
while fostering a collaborative culture. -Disciplines, including
roadway drainage, structures, and survey to name a few. Essential
Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s a plus.
- Florida PE license is mandatory. - 10 years of experience in
roadway design and project management with FDOT and municipalities.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and office
operations. - Successful track record in client-facing roles and
securing new business. - Proficiency in MicroStation/ORD and 3D
Corridor Modeling is highly preferred. Ideal Skills - Expertise in
preparing scopes, contracts, and fee proposals. - Exceptional
communication and leadership abilities. - Versatility to manage
various roles: efficient manager, inspiring mentor, strategic
