We are growing and adding a Manufacturing Engineering (2nd Shift)
position supporting our CNS product lines in our Melbourne, FL
facility.
In this role, you will make an impact by evaluating and solving
everyday manufacturing problems related to design, process, and
supplier issues for the manufacture of high-quality electronic
assemblies. You will provide technical support to operations in the
form of enabling and improving the flow of manufacturing utilizing
the LEAN principles.
Our ideal candidate will be a curious self-starter with excellent
teaming, communication, and relationship building abilities. The
candidate will also have a passion for LEAN principles and
processes and be eager to contribute to improved efficiency and
productivity, and Test Yield.
You will make a significant contribution to the developing,
verifying, and sustaining assembly and test processes, test
equipment, and test procedures that will be used in the
manufacturing of new and existing Collins Aerospace products.
The second shift work schedule is 4/10 M-Th from 2:30pm - 1am.

Minimum Program Qualifications:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides
in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits
will apply.
