This position will be in Melbourne, FL and relocation assistance is available.Job Summary:Acts as a subject matter expert specializing in vehicle structural dynamics supporting an advanced development program. Will serve as technical lead in all matters related to vibration, vibro-acoustics, shock response and environment generation.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural dynamic analysis with concentration in flow-structure coupling, aeroacoustics analysis, and random vibration analysis. In addition, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and will be proactive, forward-thinking, and able to lead a small team to rapid resolution of complex problems.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related experience, OR Master's degree and 7+ years of related experience, OR a Ph.D. and 4+ years of related experienceAt least one degree must be in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited universityAircraft dynamics experienceActive DoD Secret clearance or higher with background investigation completed within the last 6 years or under continuous evaluationMust be able to obtain and maintain Program Access prior to the commencement of employmentPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Engineering with an emphasis in aircraft loads and dynamics (flight loads, ground loads, flutter and aeroelasticity, etc.)Strong foundation in structural dynamic analysis with concentration in flow-structure coupling, aeroacoustics analysis, and random vibration analysisExperience with vibration, vibro-acoustics, shock response and environment generationExperience in the use of industry standard loads and dynamics analysis software: NASTRAN, PATRAN, FEMAP, ZONAIR, ZAEROExperience with MATLAB and CAD Tools (NX)Prior experience leading a project or teamSalary Range: $112,000 USD $168,000 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
