for a Specialty Test Engineering Manager 2.This position will be
located in Melbourne, FL.This position will be responsible for
developing test strategy and architecture as it relates to
Specialty Testing on a Priority Win Capture program.This Specialty
Test Engineering Manager will report to the Flight Test Manager.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work
environment with high expectations, significantly diverse
assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels of
the program.This position oversees and manages Specialty Test
operations to include developing and executing comprehensive test
plans, developing procedures, managing schedules for completion of
test systems, coordinating integrated testing activities, review
and evaluation of test requirements, performance of technical
analysis of complete systems, and preparing comprehensive system
level evaluations. This role will coordinate identification of test
tools and facilities, as well as work closely with subcontracts to
design and execute tests. This role establishes top-level risks,
issues and critical actions being addressed down into the
organization. This role will also support the top-level development
of strategies in alignment with the program to create IPT level
Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and
the corresponding investment requirements needed, e.G. Capital,
Indirect and Non-Contractual Technical Activity (NCTA). This role
is responsible for implementing Agile practices in the specialty
test environment, as well as developing Model Based Test and
Evaluation (MBT& E) strategies.Some travel may be required.Key

with experience briefing leadership Very strong organization,
coordination, planning and teaming skills Experience interfacing
with all levels of employees and Leadership Experience facilitating
and coordinating meetings Experience in agile processes Experience
working with subcontractors and customers at all levels Experience
leading small teams in a dynamic work environmentBasic
Qualifications:Bachelor's of Science Degree in (STEM) Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Math and 9 years of related experience
or Master's degree and 7 years of related experienceUS Citizenship
with an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background
investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently
enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)Must have the ability to obtain
and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearanceDemonstrated
experience with CAMEODemonstrated experience with specialty testing
of flight test aircraft such as full scale static and fatigue
structural testing, climatic testing, barricade testing, and drop
testingPreferred Qualifications:Active DoD Top Secret clearance
(in-scope)Previous or current Special Program AccessSalary Range:
$112,700 USD $169,100 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
