Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the
2026-2027 school year at an elementary school location in Lakeland,
FL. This role focuses on providing speech and language services to
elementary-aged students, supporting their communication
development in a school environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess,
diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
in elementary-aged students Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans aligned with students' educational goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to
support student progress and communicate effectively Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, treatment
plans, and progress reports Participate in team meetings and
contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications: Active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language
Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from
the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience
working with elementary school-aged children within a school
setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
effectively collaborate with students, families, and school
personnel Ability to maintain flexibility and manage a full
caseload of approximately 40 hours per week Location: Lakeland,
Florida This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for
