Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

need of specialized speech and language support. This position
offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP) to provide critical services within a vibrant
school community in Sanford, Florida. This role requires a
dedicated professional with a clear commitment to student
development, working with children in grades 6 through 8. The
opportunity includes either a full-time schedule (35 hours per
week) or part-time (approximately 17.5 hours per week) with the
potential for itinerant responsibilities between two middle
schools. Flexibility and collaborative spirit will be important
assets for success. Key qualifications and experience include: -
Masters Degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Science
Disorders, or a related field - Current Florida State License as a
Speech Language Pathologist - Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC) through ASHA - Experience working with middle school-aged
children (grades 6-8) - Ability to perform assessments, develop
individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services
Primary responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language evaluations
and develop appropriate individualized education plans (IEPs) -
Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing a range of
communication disorders - Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other professionals to support student progress - Maintain detailed
documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines -
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school
