experienced Principal Strategy Analyst / Principal Project Manager
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting a
corporate priority capture. The role will require both strategy
development and driving strategy execution within the capture while
supporting implementation of operations across the Competitiveness
organization. This position will be located onsite in Melbourne,
FL.In the role you will:Support development, integration,
maintenance, and communication of Competitiveness team schedule and
roadmapFacilitate and implement competitiveness operational
rhythmDeliver quick turn analytic products to support program
leaders on military, modernization, customer, competitor, strategy,
and market issuesCraft and deliver clear, concise, and impactful
presentations for executive-level leadership that provide
actionable intelligence and recommendationsSupport capture strategy
integration within the competitiveness team to ensure strategy
alignment across the organization (in coordination with team
lead)Support coordination and partnership with IPT leaders to
enable capture strategy deployment by aligning implementation of
tactics to achieve win strategy (in coordination with team
lead)Support forums across program and capture IPTs to communicate
strategy (in coordination with team lead)Basic Qualifications for
the Principal Strategy Analyst / Project Management:Bachelor's
degree from an accredited university and 10 years of experience in
Project Management, Program Integration/Execution; 8 years with
Master's degree for a level 4 or Bachelor's degree from an
accredited university and 6 years of experience in Project
Management, Program Integration/Execution; 4 years with Master's
degree for a level 3Demonstrated depth in technical and/or business
acumenDynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail, strong
work ethic, ability to handle multiple priorities, and the ability
to function with minimal guidanceExperience developing briefings
and interfacing with and briefing executive leadership teamsActive
DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and
maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of
time as determined by business needsPreferred
Qualifications:Current Special Program access (PAR)MBAStrategy
consulting and / or operations experience on high performing
teamsStrong analytical, statistical, and critical thinking skills
paired with the ability to visualize in a meaningful mannerIn-depth
knowledge of military aviation, the Aerospace and Defense industry,
customers, and competitors (portfolio, business models, structure,
and programs)Experience with MS Project and JIRA or similar
productsSalary Range: $74,600 USD $111,800 USDSalary Range 2:
$92,000 USD $138,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
