Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Sr
Principal Engineer Aeronautical - Flight Test to join our team of
qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in
Melbourne FL.
Essential Functions:
The Engineer is responsible for supporting planning and
coordinating all lab and flight test requirements on the E-2D
program. Candidate shall display professionalism, motivation,
strong leadership skills, and ability to work independently. Should
be able to function as a key technical subject matter expert of the
test team and will interface directly with the Integrated Test Team
and customer to coordinate test requirements, test planning, and
reporting of test results. Developing and maintaining flight-test
support materials and mission flight-test profiles. The candidate
should be comfortable with making real-time decisions in a
high-risk fast-paced test environment. Able to collaborate in a
team environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or
accomplishing them. Candidate will work with offsite flight test
group and on site lab test group. They will help evaluated threat
scenarios and develop testing to validate requirements and assess
capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:
