Northrop Grumman is seeking a qualified Principal Program Planning
and Scheduling Analyst (Level 3) to join our team of qualified,
diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL
supporting the International Program Planning & Scheduling Analysis
to the AEW BMC2 Program Area.
This is a full time on-site position in Melbourne, FL.
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and
integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures
major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and
vertically integrated across company functional groups including
finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks
plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and
resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt,
PERT, milestone charts, Earned Value Management (EVM) and other
project management techniques to gauge progress and identify
performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on

- Master's degree with 3 years' experience, a Bachelor's Degree
with 5 years, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years'
experience in the following areas: Program Planning, Program
Scheduling, Master Planning, Business Management, Program
Management, and/or industry related experience
- Ability to create high level metrics and brief to executive,
program and customer leadership
- Experience creating and managing a schedule using a scheduling
software such as : MS Project, Primavera, Real Time Project, Deltek
Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or similar
- Experience with earned value management
- Experience using Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including
creating, maintaining, analyzing and manipulating spreadsheets with

- Ability to work on-site daily in Melbourne, FL.Preferred
- Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience
- Working knowledge of MS Project Server
- Experience in Earned Value IMS Baseline Processes
- Experience with Schedule Health Analysis tools and Schedule
Risk Assessment tools.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize work with various

- Current and Active Secret Clearance Salary Range: $72,400 USD -
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
