This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.Essential Functions:Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans/reports, procedures and schedules that acknowledge technical and schedule constraintsPerform technical interactions with the system test team to ensure system requirements are being verifiedPerform requirements analysis and decomposition including developing derived requirements as needed to test the systemDevelop test equipment and simulation requirementsSupporting development, integration, and execution of test pass/fail quantitative metricsPerforming troubleshooting as requiredWriting Defects and Software discrepanciesPerforming Component to Component IntegrationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 9+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments OR Master's degree in STEM discipline from an accredited university and 7+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments OR PhD degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environmentsMust have experience testing software subsystems/systemsMust have an active In-scope DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 6 yearsThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance as well as Program Special Access and SCI within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical EngineeringExperience as a lead working in a lab environmentExperience with integrating software and hardwareKnowledge/Experience of automated software testing methodologies and processesExperience with linux/unix operating systemsExperience with Agile software development and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Nexus, Fisheye, etc)An active, In-scope DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCISalary Range: $98,500.00 - $147,700.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base -pay.
