This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.Essential Functions:Reviewing, interpreting and analyzing formal and informal requirementsCreating Test Plans and Procedures that acknowledge technical and schedule constraintsExecuting Test Procedures to ensure requirements complianceSupporting development, integration, and execution of test pass/fail quantitative metricsPerforming troubleshooting as requiredDocumenting Test results and creating Test Reports as neededWriting Defects and Software discrepanciesPerforming Component to Component IntegrationWe offer flexible work arrangements, great learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.Contingency: Position is contingent on Program Award and having an In-scope DoD Secret clearanceBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments OR Master's degree in STEM discipline from an accredited university and 3+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments OR PhD degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 1+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environmentsExperience integrating and testing software subsystems/systemsAn active In-scope DoD Secret clearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance as well as Program Special Access and SCI within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical EngineeringExperience with integrating software and hardwareExperience with automationExperience with linux/unix operating systemsExperience with Agile software development and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Nexus, Fisheye, etc)An active, In-scope DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCISalary Range: 79400 - 119200Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
