Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Principal Project
Management integrator join our team of qualified, diverse
individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.
This is an individual contributor role, and is not a management
position. This role of the program integrator is to manage the
operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison
between program management and functional management. This
individual contributor will work side by side with Program
Management on all program reporting including IPT, customer, and
executive level presentations. Candidate must be able to work well
with all levels of employees. The program integrator will support
day to day execution of the program including cost, schedule and
technical performance. Assess project issues and develop
resolutions to meet productivity, quality and financial objectives.
Responsible for implementing and managing program processes and
tools in accordance with the Integrated Management Framework.
Manages program rhythm; coordinates and recommends program resource
changes; identifies cost, schedule or performance variances for
potential programmatic impacts. Facilitates the risk, issue and
opportunity management processes. Key program focal point for
Program Management Reviews, both internal and external. Essential
Functions --Manage program rhythm and associated calendars
--Develop/maintain Program Definition Documents (PDDs) --Facilitate
Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management --Develop/assemble monthly
Program Management Review (PMR) briefings --Non-technical
requirements management --Program Resource Management --Action Item
Management Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * Must have a
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university AND 6 years of
Project/Program Management experience - OR- Master's degree from an
accredited university with 4 years of Project/Program Management
experience * Must have an Interim DoD Secret security clearance (or
higher) to start Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with EVMS
and resource planning and analysis * 2 years of progressive
experience with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook Calendar,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Direct experience with cost and
schedule management * Proven experience developing presentations
for program leadership * Working knowledge of the Program
Integrated Management Framework * Experience leading Risk, Issue
and Opportunity Management processes * SharePoint user experience
