The Product Marketing Manager will manage all marketing initiatives
as it relates to their assigned product or service; collaborate and
coordinate with relevant team members as well as oversee
marketing-related projects for Satcom Direct. These projects
include but are not limited to: planning, research, development and
management of associated marketing correspondence, materials,
campaigns, press releases; tracking of campaigns, branding, leads,
feedback, surveys, and budget; development of marketing and
promotions of specific products and services. Accounts supported
may include: Business Aviation, Sales, Support, Training, Land
Mobile, Mil/Gov, Maritime and new lines of business.
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate
the following competencies to consistently perform the essential
functions of this position. All employees are expected to adhere to
and be knowledgeable of Satcom Direct (SD) operations standards,
established security/safety rules and requirements for attendance.

---Research, evaluate and determine new product/service marketing
strategies while working with teams on product advancements and
launches, as assigned.

---Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly

in the market.
---Collaborate with and support sales team regarding marketing
initiatives and sales needs.
---Perform competitive market research and deliver quantitative and
to internal stakeholders.
---Create, develop and manage lead generation campaigns within the
management platform with measured results, ROI
---Integrate marketing project roadmaps with SD Product Management
and Sales teams.
---Develop analysis of effective marketing strategies and efforts;
---Plan and implement promotional campaigns within specific
---Create a wide range of different marketing materials suitable
for each territory.
---Work closely with creative teams and assist with new product
launches and promotions.
---Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all

---3+ years of Marketing and/or Sales experience.
---Proficient with general office software including but not
Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to a variety of
software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
---Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or
or equivalent experience.
---Experience with developing marketing strategies and creating

While performing general office duties for this position, the
employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around
(including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to

The Marketing office environment is an open layout that is fast
paced, create and dynamic. The office is a temperature controlled
setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to
others talking or laughing loudly, unscheduled maintenance repairs
to the building or its interior offices or unpredictable situations
due to weather or other acts beyond company control. An employee
must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for
their particular duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of
need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on
company/department needs, project requirements or customer demands.
Some overnight travel is required to facilitate work objectives.
While at client site locations, if applicable, employee will be
required to adhere to the proper safety precautions established by
the client while in proximity to their work area, flight-line or
maintenance repair center; work may require some physical effort in
the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment. The
temperature at client locations can vary from controlled to
variations off hot/cold when working, standing or walking in or
near the flight-line or maintenance repair center.
