This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. Roles and Responsibilities: Determine project requirements and select appropriate paper or other mediums based on reproduction request. Operate large production copiers, scanners, plotters, punching and binding equipment, paper cutter, photo printer, and laminators. Maintains production logs and cost data for project scheduling, budgeting, and billing. Good interpersonal skills required with an ability to interact with customers in a professional manner via phone, email and in person. Attention to accuracy and detail is a most with the ability to work under pressure as a team or an individual in a fast-paced environment. Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Operates large production copiers, scanners, plotters, punching and binding equipment, paper cutter, photo printer, and laminator.
  • Selects appropriate paper and other mediums based on reproduction request.
  • Package finished jobs for customers.
  • Notify customers when job is complete.
  • Coordinates shipment of finished jobs when required.
  • Ensure high-quality products are produced in a timely manner.
  • Performs minor maintenance on machines when necessary.
  • Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and organized.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or administrative experience
    • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
    • Microsoft office suite.
    • Good interpersonal skills required with an ability to interact with "customers" in a professional manner via phone, email and in person.
    • Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (i.e., 60 lb. cases of paper).
    • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
    • Ability to handle confidential proprietary materials.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
    • Attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications:
      • Knowledge of copy center operations.
      • Microsoft office and Adobe suite software with some graphic arts experience.
      • Experience working with the military, defense industry or government a plus.
      • Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization. Salary Range: $36,500 USD - $60,800 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
