The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist with day-to-day operations, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining equipment. Manage billing and invoicing processes, including tracking payments and reconciling accounts. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles, preferably in the finance industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
