Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting financial operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist include: Processing 100-200 invoices per day in a high-volume environment Matching, batching, and coding invoices (including 3-way match) Processing and reconciling purchase orders Maintaining vendor files and ensuring timely payments Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies Supporting month-end close activities related to accounts payable Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist: To excel as an Accounts Payable Specialist, you should bring: 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Experience with NetSuite or Timberline is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Why Join Us as an Accounts Payable Specialist?
