Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an excellent outside
sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and
expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You'll be
responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our
solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a
proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a
lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the

to connect!Compensation:$65,000+ at planResponsibilities:
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales
contract specifics, and close deals
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential
customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on
client requests for information
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or
sales-generating activities
- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition,
pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective
customers quickly and thoroughly
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product
trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records,
and related organizational tools current to accurately report
progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in
maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of
loyal, long-term clients
- Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their
priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan
options that successfully meet their individual insurance
needs
- Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each
customer based on their risk profile
- Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes
to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor
insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfactionQualifications:
- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product
knowledge preferred
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing
experience
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to
them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter
who loves contributing your team's goals
- Sales experience preferred – go-getter mindset
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Desire to help others
- Strong business acumen
- Perseverance in the face of a challenge
- Ability to engage your community and leverage personal
networks/contacts
